Mostly Pasta is an ode to homemade foods with a focus on pasta and authentic Italian food. This passion project turned side-hustle was created by Mia Lavallee, a Somervillian who herself identifies as a little bit human but mostly pasta. When she's not moonlighting as an amateur pastitsia she works in cancer research in the Longwood area.
Mia loves sharing her passion for handcrafted pasta and local ingredients with her friends and family and is happy to open her kitchen to show you how easy it can be to craft delectable meals in your own home!
