Kuya’s Cooking
Kuya’s Cooking was founded by Aldrin Agas, a first-generation Filipino-American. The main force behind Kuya's Cooking is to promote our personal take on Filipino-American cuisine and bring it to the forefront of the American culinary mainstream.
Even though Filipinos are the fourth-largest immigrant population in the US, the unique pallet of Filipino cuisine is largely underrepresented in the Boston food scene. Filipino food has flown under the radar for far too long and It’s time to give Filipino cuisine the spotlight it deserves.
In addition to sharing the love for food, Kuya’s Cooking helps promote the completion of UN Sustainable Development Goal #2: Zero Hunger. In the spirit of making a world with no hunger a reality, a portion of all Kuya’s Cooking proceeds is donated to the Greater Boston Food Bank. Let us share our love of Filipino food with you!
