Butter Block Cookie Shop

Chef Robbi Mills-Sarafinas has been baking for as long as she can remember. Originally used as a channel to simply satisfy her sweet tooth, she quickly fell in love with the creative outlet that it provided. The desire to share her delicious, meticulously designed cookies led her to the creation of Butter Block Cookie Shop. 

This however isn't Robbi's first crack at a cookie business. Her high school graduation project involved the sale of assorted holiday cookie platters to multiple outlets. She learned so much from this experience, consequently resulting in her pivot from law school to culinary school.

The rest as they say is history! Robbi has been fortunate during her career to work in almost all areas of the industry in many different positions. All have provided her the necessary tools to launch Butter Block Cookie Shop and share her love of tasty, beautiful sweets with all!
