Foundation Kitchen’s truly unique model takes fledgling food entrepreneurs from business inception to customer-facing food service, all within the walls of its Charlestown MA based state-of-the-art facility that combines shared commercial kitchen space with a vibrant food hall.
Our commercial kitchens are licensed and fully equipped for use by culinary businesses, either as shared spaces or boutique studio kitchen solutions. Our food hall and wine bar are open to the public 7 days a week, with a forthcoming roster of cooking classes, events, and pop-ups in this space.
Our member businesses come primarily from the worlds of catering, food delivery, and specialty food production. We are passionate about building a sustainable community around food, and all of our members support local farmers or ethically sourced ethnic food options.
